Welcome to the site!

As you may have already figured out, we're brand new and working daily to add new features to the site. If you're already a member of one of our other puzzle sites, like Cryptograms.org or Boggled.org, then you'll already be familiar with the format. You can play for fun without an account, or you can register a free account and compete against other players to make it into the Sudoku Hall of Fame. Registered players will also have detailed statistics maintained on their games - their total points, average points per game, average solve time, fastest solve time, and much much more.

If you're a sudoku fan (like we are) we'd love to hear feedback from you... are there things about the site you'd like changed? Aspects which you think are unique that set us apart? Bugs? Questions? Confusing layout? If you have any comments or questions whatsoever, please feel free to post them here - we'd love to hear from you!

In the meantime, happy solving!

Hi Stephen
Another great page, I have to keep jumping from cryptograms to sudokus. Tonight I solved a puzzle and got the score then accidently clicked on the ckeck it button again. I got the message "this puzzle has already been solved, would you like to try another puzzle". When I clicked on this message it gave me a new puzzle with no numbers and no check it button. I had to click on the new game at the top to get another puzzle and obviously added to my unsolved score.

Also I had to log in again on the forum page to leave a message.

I am using Internet Explorer 7 and windows xp

Keep up the good work. :) :) :)

Thanks Suzie! I'll put that on my to-fix list straight away.

Glad you like the new site! We're still pretty bare-bones here but I'm adding a few new features every weekend (and of course cleaning up bugs as they come up).

Thanks again!

Hi Stephen,

There are some bugs tonight. I tried to solve a puzzle and went to check it at a midway point and I only had one number placed wrong. I put a few more numbers in and then checked and it marked everything in the entire puzzle wrong! This was repeated with three different games. I've never had it happen before though!

Using Mozilla tonight, which I have been using for the last three weeks.

Hi Stephen

I had the same problem as Di tonight. When I checked it half way through it marked the whole puzzle wrong. It then wouldn't let me change any of the numbers. I clicked on the back button and then went forward again, which put all the pencilled numbers in as large numbers. I was then able to delete some of the numbers but when I checked it after changing some of the numbers it once again said the whole puzzle was wrong.

Today, I did a puzzle marked 'Easy' in about 5 minutes with no errors. It gave me 10 points, but said that it took me 3990 seconds which would be over an hour! Major quirks, I think. It also is giving me a message before I ask for a puzzle that says 'New Server'.

Thanks for checking it out!

Hi Digirl, Suzie -

Sorry about that. We've had to switch to a more robust server last night and I'm still working out the kinks. Thanks for pointing them out!

The time error (adding an hour to your time) is now fixed. The other problems were most likely a result of the server transition - but if you experience any other weirdness please let me know!
